Gattaca

The movie Gattaca (1997), by writer-director Andrew Niccol, stars Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman. Gattaca is set in a eugenicist world of the "not too distant future" in which the genetically perfect "Valids" lord it over "Invalids".
